SCS Night & Commencement Schedule

SCS Night takes place on Wednesday, May 7, at 5:30 p.m. in the Modlin Center for the Arts. The event honors graduating seniors and faculty of the Evening School. Attendance is by invitation; responses are required by April 30. SCS Commencement takes place Saturday, May 10, at 9:00 a.m. in the Robins Center. Graduates must arrive with their cap and gown no later than 7:30 a.m. Graduates who need to pick up their cap and gown the day of the ceremony must arrive at 7:00 a.m.

Order Cap & Gown for Graduation

It’s time to order your cap and gown for graduation! You can complete your order online. It is essential that you complete each box to ensure that your cap and gown will fit properly. Your order must be placed by February 18, 2008.

Your personalized package will be delivered to the University of Richmond and will be distributed on Thursday April 17, 2008, between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in the Tyler Haynes Commons Game Room. If you have any questions please contact Jerry Robinson at jrobins3@richmond.edu.

Ring and Graduation Announcement Orders

Representatives from Balfour will be on campus the following dates for the purpose of taking ring and graduation announcement orders:

• November 1 and 2: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  In front of the UR Bookstore, 2nd Floor, Tyler Haynes Commons Building
• November 3: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  In front of the UR Bookstore, 2nd Floor, Tyler Haynes Commons Building
• November 28: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  In front of the UR Bookstore, 2nd Floor, Tyler Haynes Commons Building
• November 28: 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.

• November 29: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
